We are now looking for a Head of Marketing Operations who will help us scale our processes, strengthen our creative execution and ensure we operate with clarity and focus.

You will report to the CMO, who sets the strategy and budget. Your mission is the "How". You are the bridge between strategy and reality. You ensure that our processes are scalable, our planning is airtight, and our creative output is world-class. You are a structured leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and manage projects from start to finish.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the CMO to transform defined marketing strategies into actionable plans. You ensure priorities are delivered on time, with the right resources and at the right quality.

  • Coach and support your team of specialists, fostering a culture of clarity, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Act as the guardian of our brand. You work closely with designers and content producers to ensure all output follows our guidelines and maintains a high creative standard.

  • Drive our weekly and quarterly planning cycles. You make sure the team knows what to do, who owns what, and that we follow up on our commitments.

  • Collaborate with Performance and CRM leads to ensure our creative execution is informed by data and insights.

  • Operate as a hands-on project lead, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders and driving projects from start to finish.

  • Support budget tracking and operational forecasting in collaboration with the CMO and discipline leads.

  • Support the CMO in tracking spend and forecasting, ensuring we operate efficiently within our means.

  • Constantly look for ways to improve our workflows. You identify and implement tools (including AI-driven solutions) that make us faster and more effective.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management or a similar role within a subscription-based or app-driven business.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, without losing focus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand dashboards and performance reports.

  • You have experience leading and coaching designers and creators. You know how to guide a team to elevate their craft while ensuring everything we produce is on-brand and of high quality.

  • Interest to explore and implement AI tools to streamline workflows and elevate our creative output.

  • You take natural ownership of projects and thrive on being hands-on with planning, coordination, and execution.

  • You know how to build bridges between Marketing, Product, Growth, and Finance.

  • You enjoy solving operational puzzles to improve team collaboration and constantly elevate the quality of our marketing output.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Nice to have: Experience working in a tech scale-up environment.

  • An interest in the outdoors or fishing, which helps you connect with our users.
